I already have a sensor drawing—can you build to it?

Absolutely. We regularly work from customer drawings or reverse-engineer existing sensors. Just send over what you have, and our engineering team will check feasibility. We might suggest tweaks if we see a chance to boost durability or accuracy, but the final call is yours.

How long does it take to get a custom load cell?

It varies with complexity. Minor modifications often ship in 3–4 weeks. A fully bespoke design, with design reviews and testing, might take 6–8 weeks. If your timeline is tight, ask about our express service—we can sometimes fast-track projects.

What's the smallest quantity you'll make?

We have no strict minimum. We’ve delivered single prototypes for R&D labs and thousands for ongoing production lines. Small runs do mean a higher cost per unit, but we’re upfront about pricing from the beginning.

Can you integrate digital outputs or wireless into a custom sensor?

Yes. Beyond standard mV/V outputs, we can include amplifiers for 0–5V, 0–10V, or 4–20mA. Digital interfaces like RS-485, Modbus, or even wireless modules are possible with the right electronics package.

Are your custom load cells suitable for outdoor or submerged use?
